MHMR Concho Valley is dedicated to offering evidence-based, trauma-informed, community-focused treatment services for individuals with substance use disorders. Our aim is to create a supportive treatment environment that helps clients stabilize their mental health, achieve long-term sobriety, and make positive life changes.
Our COPSD program adopts an integrated approach for those dealing with both mental health and substance use issues. We use assessments to identify strengths and develop strategies to help individuals reach their goals more effectively. Our compassionate staff provides continuous encouragement and support. We offer coordination and referrals to help individuals access community resources and support systems, both formal and informal.

The SUD program offers a comprehensive approach that includes screening and assessment, personalized treatment planning, professional counseling, and psychoeducational groups. We support individuals through harm reduction, relapse prevention, craving management, smoking cessation, and overdose prevention. Community engagement is strongly encouraged during and after treatment. Priority Populations: Pregnant & Injection drug users.
We assist Texas Residents, age 13 and older with substance use disorders and mental illness.

Appointment based access to services are available Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
