The COPSD program provides services for adults who have been diagnosed with co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders. The individual will receive treatment for their mental health disorder and substance use disorder simultaneously. The outpatient program is designed to meet the needs of individuals who do not require the more structured environment of residual inpatient treatment to maintain sobriety. The program provides individual and group counseling, family sessions, and referrals to community support programs/inpatient residential treatment when needed.
MHMR Concho Valley coordinates patient care activities with other partner community agencies in order to provide well-rounded care. Our goal is to know and understand the needs and preferences of those we serve. Communicating and providing care at the right time with the right partners helps increase safe, proper, and effective care. Services provided are tailored to each person’s needs.
